Delicious Boneless Chicken Rice
Yup. The title says it all. This chicken rice stall at Katong Shopping Centre serves absolutely the most deeeeeelicious chicken rice I have ever tasted! The serving is big, the chilli is spicy, and to top it all, they provide free flow soup and free achar!

The chicken comes in a separate dish from the rice, and they sprinkle fried garlic bits on top of the chicken. This enhances the taste greatly, and it is LIPSMACKING GOOD!!! It's a must-try! Don't try will regret!

The stall name says it all! Delicious Boneless Chicken Rice!!!

This is what we got for $8. Filled our stomachs to the brim!

Happy 3rd Month To Us!
Yup, 7 April was our 3rd month together. Me and Abbie, that is. And it was also Mark and Yumi's 2nd month together! Cool right? We can have company whenever we go out to celebrate!

I bought a new camera - SONY DSC T50 - yesterday, through Abbie's senior. It cost $520 including GST, and I must say it was a pretty good price. We played around with it before class started, and I really have no regrets buying it! But her friend forgot to put the memory card in, so I had only 64mb worth of space to take pics with.

We had Operations and Total Quality Management(OTQM) lecture today, and I can't really find a better word to describe it other than B-O-R-I-N-G. I was literally bored to tears. Not only was the lecturer's voice super monotonous, he also had the habit of eating his words which made it even less fun.

I made truffles 2 nights before as a surprise gift for Abbie, and brought the remainder to school. I had 22 truffles, and I gave out to people today. It looked pretty damn disgusting, but everyone said it tasted good. I feel a real great sense of accomplishment! :D Alvina even said I could consider selling it LOL! And I told her I would, after I am able to make the chocolates not so soft.

After class ended at 5 we wanted to go to Popular to buy pens, but unfortunately it was closed. So we all headed to the bus stop where we took 61 to Vivocity for the first part of our itinerary.

The first thing we had to do was to draw money, so we made a huge circle to the ATM. All of us were feeling pretty ravenous thanks to the cold weather, so we decided to go for dinner first. And what better place to have dinner than good ol' Marché!

There was a pretty long queue before us, but it was moving so quickly that it only took less than 10 minutes for us to get seats. We had Rosti first, followed by chicken cheese sausages, then calamari rings and pasta, and finally... grill chicken breast meat and a baked potato! All for the price of... $51 or so. For a 4 person meal, it was quite worth it.

After that we headed to Cheers and got ourselves some drinks, and then we were off to Harbourfront Tower 2 for our cable car rides. We bought our tickets and promptly went up to the 15th floor to board the cars. The ride was short but scenic, and the night scenery was fantastic. After we got down, we walked a short distance to the monorail station, and back to Vivo we were again!

We then went to Ben and Jerry's for a round of ice-cream, and then it was home sweet home. What a way to end the day! I shall spend whatever free time and money I have to research for my chocolate truffles! Then sell them for Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, and whatever special days that are coming up! Pics incoming!

Semester 4 Begins.
It's the start of the new semester! Today was the second day of the semester, and boy was it tough. We had Business Information Systems yesterday, which wasn't anything that I didn't already know.

There wasn't much to do or teach, so the lecturer let us off early at around 3.40 p.m., after which Abbie and I headed down to Marina South to get her a new pair of slippers, dine, then go to Katong Shopping Centre to alter and mend her clothes.

We had Business Finance today, saying that it was tough would be an understatement. And the lecturer even said that it would be a honeymoon lecture. If this was a honeymoon lecture, I can't fathom how the other lectures would turn out. I'm seriously starting to get worried here.

Class ended promptly at 4.45 p.m. or so, after which the two of us headed down to Katong Shopping Centre again, this time for dinner and to pick up her altered garments. Dinner was great! We had chicken rice from this called called Delicious Chicken Rice, and BOY was it delicious!!!

We felt really stuffed after that, and went to buy a packet of drink before heading to the tailor's to get the clothes. They looked pretty neat, and then we headed home. Tomorrow will be Business Infosys again! I hope it's something that I already know, so I don't have to pay so much attention :P

I can't wait for Friday! It'll be an advance anniversary celebration, HEHE!
