The dictionary isn't always right.

I was looking through this dictionary that I had while studying for my Human Resource paper, and I came across this definition:

Poison gas. Poison gas is a gas that is poisonous and is usually used to kill people in war or to execute criminals.

Sigh.

So many things happening just within hours. I just don't know what you want from me sometimes. I wish you could just tell me straight because I definitely am not psychic. I wish you wouldn't say "nothing" when I ask you what's wrong, especially when it's obvious that you're not happy about something.

Happy Chinese New Year Eve!

Happy Chinese New Year in advance to everyone out there! My mom is back from France, and she bought a lot of stuff!

Went over to my aunt's place for reunion dinner - we had steamboat! And the food was great, although they were just your normal everyday food items. She gave me an ang pao too! My first one for the Chinese New Year.

After dinner I relaxed for a while before collecting food for my mom, then took more groceries home and continued to clean the house. Now I know how tough it is to clean a whole house all by yourself. Poor maids.

I shall end the post with some pics I took!

Two weeks' supply of chewing gum, 2 keyrings, and 2 handphone accessories for me and baby!

Vivocity.

Went shopping with darling at Vivo today! We bought ourselves jackets - hers from Mango with her $50 voucher, and mine at GAP with Ying's 25% staff discount. =D Thanks Ying!

While at Vivo we went to Pet Paradise, and man were the puppies, hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs cuuute! Pics coming up.

Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day is over and I had a pretty fun day (:

Baby came over today, and I cooked my first real meal in like... 3½ years - Also the only real meal that I know how to cook. It turned out pretty good - shows that I haven't lost my touch! We went to watch Just Follow Law later in the evening, then went to my aunt's place to pick up my Chinese New Year groceries because my mom won't be back from France until the night of Chinese New Year's Eve.

We had Long John Silver's for dinner, and I simply am in love with the skin-on potato chips. Pics coming right up!

Hectic.

Here I am again, back for a little update. Been going through one hell of a hectic month. It's not easy trying to juggle school and personal life. Projects have been handed up, and presentations have been done.

All that's left now, is the Marketing presentation, as well as the upcoming exams in less thank 3 weeks. We all had to wear formal attire for the presentations, so it was something quite new to me.

Yesterday was the day my darling little nephew turned 1 month old, and we went over to their place for a buffet dinner and to look at the little tot. He looked so adorable and fragile, and I'm sure anyone would find it within himself or herself to protect it at all costs.

Been having a sore throat since yesterday, and I've been drowning myself with water. I have downed 6 bottles - 3 litres of water - all in less than 12 hours.
